Keith is currently a ‘footpath checker’ for the Ramblers Association, covering the public footpaths and bridleways in and around the parishes of Wing and Mentmore-Crafton. This entails walking the many miles of paths each year and reporting problems to Bucks County Council and the trimming back of growth around stiles and hedge gaps.

NB During the growing season it is useful for walkers to carry an old broom handle and garden secateurs because nettles and brambles frequently grow by stiles.
